LabelRM’s current delivery options and pricing are outlined below.

Shipping from UAE Warehouse

We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all LabelRM customers.

Currently, only orders with delivery addresses within the UAE can be processed via our UAE website.

Orders placed outside of working hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or during UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary during promotional periods or holidays.

If you are unavailable to receive your order, our courier may attempt up to three delivery attempts before the order is returned.


Pre-Order Delivery

For jewelry pre-orders, delivery time may vary depending on the type, material, and customization of the item.

All pre-orders will be delivered within 2 months of order confirmation.

LabelRM will keep you informed about your order status and expected delivery date through email or WhatsApp updates.

Once your jewelry item is ready, standard shipping times will apply based on your location.


Scheduled Time Slots

LabelRM allows customers to schedule delivery times for added convenience (where available).

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.


General Delivery Conditions

While LabelRM aims to meet estimated delivery timelines, these are approximations only.

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days (for ready stock) or 2 months (for pre-orders) of order confirmation, you are entitled to request a full refund.

LabelRM is not responsible for delivery delays or failures due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect delivery address
  • Request for delivery postponement

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.


Wholesale & Bulk Quantity Orders

For wholesale or bulk quantity orders, LabelRM offers dedicated logistics support to ensure smooth delivery:

  • Delivery schedules for bulk orders will be coordinated in advance with the customer.
  • Customers must provide a delivery address suitable for large shipments, including adequate access for loading/unloading.
  • Any special requirements, such as multiple drop-off locations or time-sensitive deliveries, must be communicated in advance.
  • LabelRM may provide assistance with palletized or container shipments if required.
  • If access is not available or proper arrangements are not made, additional delivery charges may apply.

Address Changes & Tracking

If you wish to change your delivery date or address, please contact our Customer Care Team before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.

You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email once your order is confirmed, allowing you to track your delivery status.
